We are always looking for writers who can write good original quality post on UNIMAS Bloggers.
We are going to be serious next semester and we need writers to cover all those events, dinners, seminars or even conferences at UNIMAS.
Or having any problems with UNIMAS? Your voice has power! Speak up and write for us!
Rules & Guidelines
Unfortunately, there are always rules.
The rules are in place to ensure that the quality of posts and integrity of the site remains high.
- The post/article should not be reproduced anywhere else on the web including your own blog (neither party benefits from duplicate content)
- Any images used in the post cannot mess up the design of the site. As a guideline, the max width of any picture you post should not exceed 550 pixels.
- It is ok to link to your own blog if it is relevant to do so (eg. referring a coding example or whatnot). However, you should not write articles around topics to justify a link to your blog and you should not actively encourage visitors to visit your blog.
- Remember, you get a link to your blog at the top and bottom of your posts plus a link on your author page which is also linked to at the top and bottom of every post and the links are clearly marked so that your site gets exposure.
- No affiliate codes or referral links are allowed in posts.
Writing
- We encourage you to write in your own writing style.
- Your posts can be about whatever you want, but they should seem like they could have been written by one of our writers (but without all the typos and gross inaccuracies).
- Your post must be in English.
Want to apply? Read on.
Here's what you need to send us:
About You
- A few words about yourself.
- Your contact info.
- Any other questions you may have about the gig.
What not to do
- Don't just send us stuff you wrote elsewhere, we're not asking for clips.
- Don't send attachments or resumes.
You don't have to have any experience or qualifications to write for us – all we ask is some enthusiasm and plenty of ideas. You don't even have to commit to any regular contributions. The ability to string a sentence together would be helpful, though.
And we don't want to just dish out orders for what to write. We want your own ideas so you can write about whatever you like – news, sport, ents, features, etc... if we like it and it's vaguely relevant, it's in. If it's no good or it's not for us, we'll tell you why not and, where appropriate, suggest how it could be improved.
Think you've got what it takes? Email us at unimasbloggers[at]gmail[dot]com with the words "writers" in the title. We'd love to hear from you.

My name is Haji Julaihi Haji Suut, I represent The Four Horsemen in knightadventure.blogspot.com. The pertinent questions with regard to the call above: what's the catch?; do we get monetary rewards after having our articles published in your site?; Do you have room for socio-political issues?
I am sure other people also need to know about these matters I asked, hence my asking here.

That'll be cool. Blogging isn't that bad after all, as long as they use proper English, rather than short forms or simplified English.
Uh, I suppose I can write for the Health column. I'm from the Medical Faculty. Hehe. Currently an official photographer for a magazine.
what a great idea!
Sorry for the late reply. we've been busy for convocation activities :)
HJHS: Actually, this is a non-profit, student-based blog. What we are doing here is for the sake of our love to UNIMAS. We cant offer much to you, aside from free links from our blog. Oh ya, we would like to avoid such political issues from this blog as it is prohibited to our students.
NG: Nice! We'll send you an email---just check it!
M12: Thank you :)
